WEEK ONE — AWARENESS & SAFETY
FROM SURVIVAL MODE TO SAFETY
This week lays the foundation and helps participants understand what dysregulation feels like in the body and mind while creating immediate safety.
Through awareness and practical tools, participants begin shifting from survival mode into regulation and relief.
WEEK 2 — LETTING GO & ACCEPTANCE
RELEASING CONTROL & CREATING SPACE
This week helps participants release emotional tension, frustration, over-control, and resistance stored in the body and mind.
Through awareness, surrender, and release practices, the nervous system begins to soften, relax, and feel safe enough to let go.

WEEK 3 — QUIETING THE MIND & REWIRING THOUGHTS
INNER CHILD HEALING & CREATING NEW PATTERNS
This week addresses overthinking, self-criticism, and subconscious loops that keep the body stuck in fear and survival mode.
Through self-compassion, thought reframing, and healing practices, participants begin creating internal peace and safety.

WEEK 4 — EMBODIMENT & INTEGRATION
LIVING ROOTED & REGULATED
This week brings everything together.
Participants begin integrating all they have learned into daily life so regulation becomes a lifestyle—not just a practice.
This week focuses on body trust, internal safety, joy, sustainable rhythms, and creating a peaceful life rooted in safety instead of chaos.
This is also our final time together to reflect, celebrate progress, and create a plan for the journey ahead.

It is a moment-by-moment journey of choosing peace, presence, and safety again and again.
