Learn simple practices that help your body feel safe again. Begin shifting out of constant tension and experience what it feels like to settle.

Week 3 — Letting Go of Overdrive & Mental Loops
Gently release control patterns and overthinking. Learn how to interrupt stress cycles in real time and create more space and calm.

Week 4 — Living Rooted & Regulated
